Wall Caps And Steps

Above - Aged wall cap. One of our favorite techniques is treating our cast wall and chimney caps with Hydrochloric Acid and then roughing the surface with a pressure wash spray of water. This method, along with chiseled (or broken) edges brings out a more natural sand stone or aged look and is in high demand among home owners and architects.
Below - The wall caps and steps shown in this image were all cast in our shop (straight and curved sections) and then chiseled. A final Acid wash followed by a pressure washing leaves the pieces looking natural and elegant without diminishing an ounce of durability.
