Many companies and consumers settle for the high cost of natural stone, simply because they don’t know that there are so many high quality alternatives that are very reasonable in price.
Broken edges in precast (right) with a pressure wash treated surface (upper left) has an uncanny resemblance to sand stone, and most people cannot tell the difference.
We have done many projects with broken edges. Our own Meridian Idaho City Hall (upper right), custom fire places, custom chimney caps, wall caps and more. The end results are incredibly deceiving.
G.F.R.C. (above) has a beautiful finish that resembles travertine over all surfaces, and the level of detail is as defined as the mold used to pour it. As with all of our cast projects, a wide variety of colors are available.
For those more simplistic projects, plain precast can be used to get a perfectly smooth paintable surface, or mixed with color before pouring. Smooth, non treated precast, is customary for large commercial jobs such as buildings with hundreds of feet of wall caps with corners and terminations (end caps).
