©2008 L.M.Q. Manufacturing DBA Custom Foam & Precast Web Design by Steve Cash (steve@customfoamandprecast.com)
Unlike most precast companies in the business, Custom Foam And Precast doesn’t go the route of pouring our precast molds with Portland Cement. We use the quick cure method alternative ‘Rapid Set’ cement. This method allows us to pull even large forms from their mold within roughly 30 minutes.
Durability is proven to be un sacrificed, however, as we use additives in our mix to increase the overall P.S.I. well beyond the mandatory strength. Weighing in around 4,700 PSI

Using these techniques, we are capable of completing extremely large projects in a very reasonable amount of time, with end results reaching levels that far surpass satisfaction.

Our team is very experienced in finding (or in most cases, creating) the perfect mold to fit your design, and color matching is always an exact science. You can rest assured that when you work with Custom Foam And Precast to complete your architectural concept, the outcome will be exactly as you imagined.
The team at Custom Foam And Precast has years of experience in working with not only wet cast pours, but also G.F.R.C. as an alternative.

Precast projects can also be perfected by adding natural finishes, such as sandstone looking surfaces, or natural (broken) edges.

Many color options are also available.
